Erica L. Randolph was born in Greene County and is mother to two daughters, Ebony Nicole and Essence Noel, grandmother to Neko, and has a second grand baby on the way.  Ms. Randolph has a background in early childhood education studies, has been in the education field for almost 22 years, including her service as a teacher in Greene County, and has a lifelong passion for children and their educational needs.  She always has a positive attitude and loves to encourage and help others.  Ms. Randolph enjoys spending time with her family, church, skating and laughing with friends.  She loves music for its calming effect and lives by the motto: "It's a hard job but you have to have the heart for it."  Ms. Randolph says, "Whatever trials and tribulations come my way, I pray about it and make it through, finding every reason to smile."  Ms. Randolph is extremely excited to be a part of the Victory Train family!
