Dr. Billi Bromer is currently a Professor in the College of Education at Brenau University.   She graduated from the College of New Rochelle with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.  She also holds a Master's degree in Child Study from Tufts University, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study degree in Family Studies from Wheelock College, and a Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Bromer taught as an early childhood general and special educator with both the Richmond and Columbia County school systems and has an extensive background in early childhood education.
